I always tell people, that 8 years ago, I started my health journey, not solely a fitness journey, although it certainly is a big part of my life! But I’ve always been a believer in doing things that keep you healthy, mentally and physically, whatever it may be.
For me, sometimes that means running a few kilometers, or taking a yoga class. Sometimes, it means staying away from fast food, and sometimes it means going to my favorite steak restaurant. I juice, I wine, I run, I walk, I sleep, I dance because at the end of the day, what’s life if it’s not for living.
